The fees are the responsibility of the seller or the purchaser according to the mandates.
The fees are calculated as follows :

- the fees payable by the seller are calculated on the presentation price (sale price).
- the fees payable by the purchaser are calculated on the net selling price.

The price brackets cannot be combined with each other. In the event of an inter-firm, our fees will not exceed the values ​​expressed in this scale as well as the value indicated on the sales and / or research mandate granted by the principal. No holding of funds.

Rental transaction

13€ per m2.
Regime law 1989 empty rental (3-year lease) and furnished rental (1-year lease).
